This past weekend (10/26/24), I got to volunteer in Waikoloa for the Ironman World Championship with a few other Parker students. We got to help with handing out drinks and snacks to the athletes while they were still on their bikes so everything was fast-paced. The day was super fun and even though this was my first time volunteering I had lots of fun so I will for sure do this next year, and I would encourage everyone else to as well! Watch this video to get a look at how our station was set up and run. (Camerawoman credits to Angela Mcdonald)
